App keeps freezing, causes massage chair to freeze and crash Edit: yes i turned it off and on again, its the only way to get the chair to work again. And no it doesnt fix the issue. how am i supposed to send you a video? And how does a video help ? I download a massage program to the chair, it keeps going and never stops downloading it. Thats it... what do you expect to see on a video ?

Please power off the main switch of the massage chair and wait for few minutes and turn it on to try again. If you still encounter any problem, please send the video clip on the problem that you facing for our investigation. Thanks

Have been a customer of Osim for many years and owns many different massage chair models over the years. Like how the massage chairs evolved and accompanying app functions improved. However the massage time is still cap at 15mins max. Would be good to give options of 5, 15, 30, 60 mins. In addition, would be good to output relaxing music via speakers by default when using the massage chair, without the need to connect to phone. Connecting to phone is to allow override selection of music.

Don't understand the need for app permissions like location, phone and storage. But, even after allowing everything, still can't login. Osim app is literally the worst. My previous uInfinity was just as bad.
