the QR code scanner to register product doesn't work. QR code is located at the bottom of the chair, I need to turn on the torch to illuminate the QR code so that the phone can focus, but even then, nothing works and I'm stuck at that page. Also can't click on the "Unable to scan" link because it it hidden behind the menu bar of my Samsung phone. Clearly no one tested the actual user experience before launching anything. This will be the first and last product I buy from OSIM.

The QR code is located on the surface of the side table, which should be easier to scan. If you are still unable to register your product, please let us know your chair model and send us a screenshot of the page where you are stuck. You may also email the details to apps.support@osim.com.sg, and our support team will be happy to assist you further.

the uDiva 3 app is far from perfect, it does not fully control the chair. In manual setting one cannot bring up highest like its pre-program yellow mode, where the neck or head can be massaged. In the fixed program mode, it will be good if there is a delight button to freeze position where you feel is the right point to massage and stay there for few minutes, where massage can focus intelligently of your desired stress relieve portion of your body. More AI need to be added to make it perfect.

Dear Yoke, you can manually adjust chair footrest/backreset position and also massage settings during massage. Can you please email to apps.support@osim.com.sg to explain your requirement so that we can provide detailed help using screenshot, video?

Can be better improved: 1. Would be good if it can remember the previous chosen settings 2. "Do not show again" does not work. Despite choosing it, the same prompt still reappears everytime 3. Can have more massage choices and also one that can personalised, eg allow user to choose just head and foot massage 4. More music selections
