After so many attempts to connect the massagers, I found the trick is to disable your phone's cellular connection first and go through the setup. It will fail at the first stage that trying to connect to the same WIFI as your phone but it will pass on the manual setup. Stupid as hell but that's how I got it working.

You have to pair your phone with the 2.4 GHz wifi first before pairing with DIY products. We are really sorry for the trouble and we appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We will look into this further!

Updated as of 20 March 2023 Bought on 1 st December 2022 Been highlighting to them same issue, the Usqueeze 2 unable to connect. Sent over to "repair" twice, problem still unsolve. I'm still unable to use it. Ask me send to nearest shop ONCE AGAIN. OMG. Cant connect despite mutiple attempt. Shud have an option for non-wifi. Waste of time and money. Total disappointment

App Works when it feels like it wants to.. sometimes connection very stable.. has like 70% chance possibility to connect.. random connection offline issues.. app development team seems need to improve to handle these situations or dev managers + ops team need to throughly test app and product sync before simply approving live coding.. Excellent product (that's why i rate 4*) *Special request please add more harmonysync programs in the app so that its more worth it in 2024! Thanks Osim!
