I haven't experienced severe problems, but the app does have annoying quirks. Firstly, it logs me out at least once every few days. Just checking your order requires several taps to navigate to the right tab. And lastly, it's just very slow. Everything takes a few seconds to load & filters to narrow down your searches don't work well. Otherwise, my last purchase went off without a hitch. I was able to input the discount code & trade in my older device seamlessly.

Ordered a new phone through the app. It took way longer than it should have to ship my phone to the store I wanted to pick it up from. Used the in-app chat, email and called customer service to check on the status of my order and why it hasn't changed despite it being 2 whole days. No one could give a definitive answer. Promised to contact me with updates, but never did. Ridiculous. I absolutely do NOT recommend ordering through the app. Save yourself the trouble and buy from the store directly.

Good experience. They need to explain marketing hype terms better (like what is "Infinity One" versus "Neo Slim"), those things mean nothing to a buyer. Also, they need to put better images of the products up. Three pictures of the front of a TV are not necessary. The rear view would be better, and a close-up of the connectors would be even better. Also, the comparison pages don't work properly when the data input person doesn't spell terms the same on each model.
