I placed this order primarily because I needed rice. However, because of the minimum order requirement, I had to add several other items to reach the minimum order value.Unfortunately, when the order was delivered, the rice was not included, while the other items were delivered. I was later informed that the amount for the missing rice would be refunded. This is the 3rd time happening . if the item is out of stock it should have mention in the app before placing order. There is no COD also.

Poor and very slow service for online delivery, late delivery, poor service of handling costumers, item was not delivered on time. item was in the other location which I put lulu near my location instead they told me to wait because it's in another location. all you can see is only preparing and preparing and preparing for 3 days. not useful app for delivery purposes. improvement must be taken

Not ideal for frozen items. Items usually out of stock, i need to change brands. So not that smooth process of ordering. order came missing, called, they can't do anything. They don't have a recipient from branch side and they don't have contact with company who manage delivery. Note: the online recipient is based on online order not what actually scanned in yhe branch.
