I’ve had a really frustrating experience ordering groceries through this app because the product availability isn’t updated in real time. Almost every time I place an order, I’m surprised to find that most of the products I ordered are actually unavailable. Sometimes, the delivery person even arrives with only one product when I originally ordered 10 or more! Please fix the product availability/update system so that customers can actually order the items that are shown as available.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I received the wrong item and immediately contacted customer support to request a replacement. Instead of resolving such a simple issue, I spent several days sending emails and messages with little to no follow-up. Every time I contacted them, I had to chase them for an update myself. Then I received an email claiming that the "necessary actions had been taken," while my issue was still completely unresolved.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. Almost every time I place an order, there is either a long delay or something goes wrong with the order. On top of that, the promo codes they advertise often don't work or come with unclear restrictions, which feels misleading. The service has become unreliable, and it's frustrating to deal with the same issues repeatedly. I hope InstaShop improves its delivery service, order accuracy, and offers genuine promo codes that customers can actually use.
