On the whole a good app. A few improvements would make it a great app particularly to help people from outside London. 1 - Show the zones on the map. It will save having to download a separate map. 2 - make it easier to plan journeys by allowing you to easily put in from location and different travel times rather than 'go now'. 3 - allow a longer time before the app auto refunds oyster credit or make it so you dont have to tap a reader to apply it to card. It allows for ahead planning.

Hi Richard, thank you for your feedback and ideas for improvement. Regarding point 2, you can do this currently in TfL Go; tap the 'Current location' button in blue to change the from location when searching for a journey; tap on 'Leaving now' to adjust the time of departure or arrival.

Great up until yesterday when I couldn't check my oyster balance as it had logged me out even though I used it last week Tuesday. Even after multiple attempts to sign in, several authentication codes, reset password still nothing.

changing locations still not working.when internet is slow. entering new location doesn't work. it holds onto whatever was already entered. before it used to work even if slowly. Update Ruined it. Can't roll it back. Can't change location and destination. app gets stuck on first data. 3. uses phone time which i keep 15min ahead. so doesn't work. shows all buses wrongly as due. 2. why does it require gps for saved bus stops. stupid design. drains battery which is deadly when needing a travel app.

Hi, we'll try and respond to your points. Saved bus stops don't require GPS - you can move the map around, save the bus stop, then access them as needed. Rooted device restriction is a requirement for us to take payments. Phone time - we can look into that. Changing location/destination should still work - can you explain more about this issue?
