Organize the costs of your wedding preparations with a single table. If you are new to this and don't know what you need, we will pre-fill the basic items for you.

Wedding preparations involve spending money on dozens of occasions, from the meeting of the families to the honeymoon, but you usually only know exactly how much each cost after receiving quotes. Bellaria is an app that creates a list of these places in advance and allows you to fill in the items you already know.

■ When You Don't Know What You Need — Basic Items

Meeting of the families · Wedding gifts/dowry · Studio dress/makeup/photography · Wedding hall (main ceremony) · Bride's preparations · Groom's preparations · Invitation/return gifts · Honeymoon · Newlywed home furnishings. You can toggle nine categories on and off to load items at once. You can remove any bundles you don't need.

■ Leave Amounts Blank

We do not include average amounts in the basic items. This is because the cost of the same item can vary by more than double depending on the region and the number of guests. Please start by writing down the items you have received quotes for.

■ View the Table Directly on Your Phone

View the total, completed payments, and scheduled payments at a glance at the top of the screen, followed by subtotals and items by category below. You can filter by Total / Remaining / Completed.

■ The App Performs Calculations

Entering the unit price and quantity automatically calculates the total sum, while entering the amount paid automatically calculates the remaining amount. There is no need to write formulas or make mistakes when adding.

■ Reservation Status on a Single Line

Not Yet · In Progress · Reservation Complete · On-site Payment. If you separate items where only the deposit was paid from those to be paid on-site on the day of the wedding, you won't have to search back the day before the wedding to see if you paid this.

■ Who Paid

You can display the payer for each item. Change the name in the settings. No login is required.

■ Shared View

Tap "Export Table" in the settings to create a text version of the current table. Send it via message or paste it into a memo.

■ Target Budget (Optional)

If you set a total budget, the remaining allowance is displayed alongside it. You do not have to set a budget. It does not block you from submitting items and simply displays the amount you submitted.

No login required. No server. The content you enter is stored only on your device and does not go outside. It does not recommend vendors or act as an intermediary for reservations. If you delete the app, the table will disappear as well. Please save it by exporting the table at important moments.
