It is a very very poor apps! Poor customers service, faced some problem and ask their customers service and I couldn't get any response. Call their customers service they said they will email me and help me to solve the problem but they didn't. At the end my package is missing and they didn't explain to me also. What a PERFECT customer service!👏👎😡

Payment is always not successful. Address can not be updated. Even after I changed the address and deleted the old one they are still sending my parcels to the previous address. Choosing a delivery time slot is meaningless as they never come within that time. Experienced few times when I was waiting for the whole day but they state there "customer not available". It's really frustrating.

It kept giving error messages saying a problem with my connection, which is rubbish as I'm at home and everything else works. Hence me posting this review. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it asks to verify my email and mobile number, but the verification code doesn't come through. I'm now locked out of the app and cant pay for my packages or choose my delivery address because it won't let me log in. Great work again Aramex!
