I book an auto through the app and waited for around 10 minutes for the driver to arrive. However, after reaching my destination, the app showed that I had to pay additional waiting charges. If the driver had actually been waiting for me for 10 minutes, I would understand and be willing to pay the extra amount. But in this case, I was the one waiting for the driver, and I was still charged waiting fees. This is completely unfair and frustrating. Please check your waiting-time calculation system

Horrible experience with the app. would NEVER recommend. Booked a trip 24 hours prior, and Driver was allotted the next day (boasted the usual 0% cancelations etc.) And then they canceled 15 mins before the ride. With no alternate arrangements in place. No alternate driver/ ride on place. I missed my flight because l couldn't find another arrangement. And there's not even a forum to complain or seek redressal because they do not have cancelation issues, they claim. Have some shame.

Certain locations are shown incorrectly to drivers despite my pinning the point accurately. I have had to pay extra multiple times due to this. For remote areas and by lanes, this is still acceptable, but certainly not for areas like Manyata Tech Park. Also, if a booking takes a long time, the fact of whether or not a ride has been confirmed vs the user having to re-initiate a booking, needs improvement; it's not always clear on the UI.
