I absolutely hate that when you are trying to just check the box score the audio of an ad automatically start and there is no way to turn it off until the ad finishes. In previous years it didn't do that. Please give us the option to not have the sound automatically on. It forces me to use another app in order just to check the score because I know the W app is going to be blaring.

update: so after talking to tech support I will be unsubscribing and have changed my review to 1 star, as they have no interest in fixing the issue and just sit there saying it's your device, it's your device. when it's not as I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and have a new $2000 phone and 5g. utterly pitiful effort. please fix the issue with the standings ladder, it rarely ever loads and always ends up saying "refresh refresh"

Biggest scam ever!!! I literally just paid the $39.99 annual plan but it still won't allow me to watch any games. when I click on a game, it goes to the page where I pick a plan but I've already paid for the yearly plan & now they will not refund me & to add insult to injury, customer support says that I don't have an account even though I've sent screenshots of the email saying that I paid for it. don't waste your time & especially don't waste your hard earned money
