Best browser ever when sync was possible, now it looks much like a dead end. Tried everything I could, but no help seems to be available. I had to export bookmarks from my phone to populate my new laptop. A modern browser should not be like this. Linux & android, both stable and snapshot, just will not do anything sync related. Last week I thought it might start functioning when it asked me to reset my encryption password, but that is all that it ever did. Just complete failure and frustration.

You can tell a lot of thought went into developing this app. It has everything toggles to move back and forth between webpages, media player with volume and brightness control, to easily accessible bookmarks. I've downloaded just about every browser in the store and this is by far the best. Edit: I have to take back a star bcus the adblocker isn't aggressive enough.

I love the frequent updates, new features, and the level of customization Vivaldi offers. just one request, please consider allowing extensions to be installed from trusted sources other than the Chrome Web Store. Important extensions such as uBlock Origin have been removed from the Chrome Web Store, so having alternative installation options would give users more freedom and control
