Used them twice now to get music concert tickets that were sold out. Not cheap, but on both occasions I've had absolutely no trouble at all. Chosen the tickets I've wanted on their interactive platform, communication has been brilliant and the digital tickets have arrived in plenty of time before the gigs. I have to thoroughly recommend them based on my experiences.

Purchased tickets for a Sporting game in the Champions League. Everything went well. Received the tickets on time and had no issues. For some games where it's impossible to get tickets using the normal ways it's a lovely backup. Risky because it might not work all the time, but without this option I would never have been able to be at this game.

We recently bought tickets to Bon Jovi (which was amazing). However, these tickets were expensive compared to face value and, whilst we paid the price to see our favourite band, the delivery process was horrendous. We didn't get the tickets transferred until the evening of the day before. Totally unacceptable as we were starting to think we were scammed or that we would end up in a huge queue at Wembley. Viagogo you need to improve that. we won't buy tickets through you again until improvements.
