I don't know why, but your product search engine is absolutely terrible—easily the worst I've encountered across any e-commerce platform. When searching for items in an Official Store or Power Merchant shop, I suddenly get redirected to random, unrelated listings that have nothing to do with the store I was browsing. This is incredibly frustrating when I’m trying to efficiently find a specific product from the store.

This app used to be the best place to do shopping, but everything is so slow now, the app takes too long to open, I think it's my phone's problem, but no, the other apps just fine, but when I open this app, suddenly the system gets soooo slow and heavy, we cant stop the video promotion, coupon notif every single seconds, and other pointless distractions

I've been ordering through the Tokopedia app for years. The app itself is well-made, but with the latest updates, the font has become increasingly smaller. As I'm getting older and my eyesight isn't what it used to be, it's become impossible for me to use it on my mobile phone because the text and photos are far too small. Couldn't you add a useful zoom option to the app or allow me to adjust the font size myself? Developers, please consider this; otherwise, I'll be forced to shop elsewhere🤷
