not very useful or reliable. The app will load but seems to have an issue connecting with whatever database it uses to pull up ticket info. I tried to log in as soon as I could to confirm for our return flight and it kept telling me my ticket info was wrong. I ended up being unable to reserve seats for my wife and aunt so we could sit together. we were scattered all around the plane. it's one thing had I waited to the last minute but as soon as I got the email I was trying to get our seats.

I was disappointed by Asiana’s approach to cabin lighting on our daytime flight from Seoul to London. We departed Seoul at around 7:30am, after sunrise, and arrived in London at approximately 2pm. Because we were travelling westwards, it was daylight outside for essentially the entire journey. Despite this, shortly after departure the cabin was treated as though it were a night flight: the lights were dimmed and passengers were asked to keep their window blinds closed for most of the flight.

slow to load. doesn't provide +/- 3d; it will be helpful esp when there's no everyday flights to a destination. very disappointed bcos I tot Korea is good in technology.
