About this game

Pull yourself up from the gutter and take control of the underground in Narco Empire. Step into a raw, cinematic underbelly of secret labs, risky shipments, and bloody turf clashes — every choice about trust, risk, and ambition pushes you from a nobody on the block to a leader people fear.

From corner deals to the throne
Begin with small trades and tough calls. Make allies, collect favors, and turn tiny wins into real standing. As your influence grows, neighborhoods fall under your control, and each decision opens new chances — and new dangers.

Run the underground supply
Hunt down scarce materials across contested blocks and hide workshops that slowly turn into full operations. Close-up, hands-on lab scenes let you sharpen your product and raise its value on the black market. Improve how you work, bring in trusted hands, and scale from cramped benches to full factories.

Plot dangerous smuggling runs
Plan routes, prepare convoys, and react fast when things break down. Send guarded loads through hostile zones, pick stealth or force, bribe contacts, or sabotage rival narco crews — and always watch for checkpoints. Each successful run opens new trade corridors and extends your reach.

Turn goods into clout
Use distribution to build power: run street deals, land big wholesale contracts, and launder dirty cash into a respectable front. Oversee retail chains, pressure or partner with rivals, and plant investments that keep your empire hidden from view.

Keep the crown — and survive
Power draws betrayal. One mistake can wipe everything out. Recruit loyal lieutenants, sharpen your enforcers, and flush out moles before they strike. Diplomacy, threats, and targeted strikes are all in your playbook — but loyalties can flip overnight. Will you rule from the shadows, or become just another name in a police file?

when you're just logging into the game to upgrade buildings you know it's time to uninstall. decent graphic and storyline, but it's just another idle boring game where you just tap tap tap and wait while getting bombarded with extra bits to pay for. There is no strategy, there is no winning or losing. Extra star for the absence of ads. Uninstalling now. Thanks for the (non) fun.

1. Add SSR heroes that can be obtained through missions, events or in Uno Bar without spending money. 2. The animation is blur. 3. Later in the game, from Manor 7 and up, it is not focusing anymore in cultivating, delivering and collecting narcotics. It is out of the context of the game. It's like a zombie apocalypse game that needs to gather materials like stone, wood, etc. 4. There are only 3 types of products. I suggest adding more types of rarity. 5. Many online games are similar to this

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We note your suggestions: free SSR heroes via missions/events, improving blurry animation, refocusing late-game on narcotics rather than gathering resources, and adding more product rarities. We will share these with our team for review. We truly value your input and will keep improving. Thanks again!

If you've played one you've played them all. If you have played mobile games then you know the formula. The game pulls you in with a lot to do at first and with the storyline. Then, once you get to a certain part of the game it simply becomes a grind and a waiting game for a building to be upgraded or to get credits to upgrade a "hero". That is unless you want to throw a lot of money at the game. Boring, repetitive, and generic should be the genre name for these types of games.
