I bought a Sonos Beam & two Sonos Play 1 units as surround speakers. Sound quality from all three speakers is excellent, with very rich bass that can be further adjusted according to one's preference. However, one major problem I have is that the surround speakers (LS + RS) keep disconnecting nearly every time I click on the app. I had to exit the app, turn off and on my internet router, and then reopen the app again in order to solve this, which is really frustrating. Need a better solution!

Set up was not smooth but eventually settled. Now another issue arises - the music will stop automatically in the midst of playing. Unable to play the music more than 20mins continuously. It will auto stopped and i got to select the songs and play from the scratch, and similar issue will surface again and again. I have tried the recommended troubleshooting steps but to no avail. The sound is good. However, the interruption has discounted the experience dramatically. Anyone can help?

If anyone is reading this, sonos app has became from good to bad and now is the worse app in my phone. More than half of time it doesnt work nor allow me to play any songs. Don't bother to even think of getting sonos product. I regretted so much after getting 3 Sonos One. I would invest a little more for a Bose product which is more stable. Worse is that most of the review written here are negative and they have not improved with any update on the app for So Long!

Renamed the Sonos S1 Controller, this app supports systems that include the oldest Sonos products. Systems supported by this app will continue to receive bug fixes and security patches but will not receive new software features found in the new Sonos S2 app and will not be compatible with Sonos products released after May 2020.
