Criminal Case: Paris

I do enjoy this game for a long time and wanted to give a 5 stars cause the plot is too good, but today I wanted to reconnect back using my fb account, it keeps denying me idk why, it says it will keep reactivated....It means it always came out of this notice whenever I wanted to reactivate for a long time and I didn't know what was going on....it just kept saying error.... I can say nope for 1 star only with every criminal case I download, reconnect back sures the main issue....

I try login to Facebook and it didn't work cuz Everytime I downloaded it from my phone it wouldn't let me sign in.

I have been playing CC for years ( with the exception of Time Travellers). I love these games so much, I play them 2 or 3 times a day. Over the time I have made purchases, even though being from Australia it costs more, I just made a purchase to get 260 energy, 2 burgers and 1 OJ. I didn't get the energy, so had to waste a burger. Has this happened to anyone else? Very disappointing. I don't think I'll make a purchase again if I'm not going to get what I paid for.
