The ui of the app seems more... old fashioned? It isn't very smooth and convenient as the previous version (which has much better user experience) When you press back on the phone it LITERALLY went back to every page I've been (example: transfering funds and get a popup saying transfer successful or something. when you click done and then press back from your phone it shows that popup again which I don't think is needed)

awful app. account recovery is the worst thing i've ever used period. to contact customer support, you have to be logged in, which is the reason why i'm trying to contact customer support in the first place. phone number verification doesn't work and it insists on using ID or passport. eventually i did but it still didn't work, so paypal harvested my information for free. absolutely awful service

Buggy, could not open after entering password. After choose to reset password, have verified using email, it ask for another verification. Through call, it gave the code but have tried entering the code, it says wrong code, even after multiple tries. Verification through message, no message received. The only option left is to verify through card, but I would not do it. This app does not deserve trust and very suspicious.
