The game is amazing. The gaming experience is smooth although not as good as the old version. I find the old version had a smoother animation. The main thing that disappoints me is the amount of ads pop out every time I play a match. This never happened in the old version which really irritates me when I try this current version. Overall, this game is still decent I still recommend it.

I was pretty sure I would like this game, as I enjoy fighting games where I have a lot of control over whether or not my character wins. The music is great; every new Tournament, Boss fight, Survival, and Challenge has new music. It must have taken months to come up with it all! I like that the NPCs are well fleshed out too. When the girl May asked Shadow to give her his sword so she could go kill Butcher herself, I cracked up...

This game is near perfect. The variety in weapons, play styles, magic, online mode, story/ characters, and music, are absolutely phenomenal. BUT... There's two REALLY annoying issues. First, hit registration. I throw a ranged weapon and the enemy just steps forward and it goes right through. They don't even duck or anything, they just step forward quickly and it doesn't hit. Second. When you dodge and it goes slow-mo, the attack doesn't slow down and you get hit even if your timing was perfect.
