Just horrible. The whole experience can be described by the messages you get, "Something went wrong.", "Some error has occurred"...these are maybe the better ones, sometimes it's just an error code or simply showing an empty page in sections like when you try to make a payment. The website is no better. In addition, you have to log in again and enter OTP codes EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app or the website. Edit: I shared via email as requested but never even got a reply.

Very hard to get anything done. Constant generic error that block actions instead of failing gracefully. Trying to see details of a booking, but can't get past confirmation of contact details because no matter what I do "changes were not saved". Note that contact details are already correct, so no changes are required.

for a multi national multi million dollar company, surely they can find a decent programmer for their app...it is by far the worst experience I have ever had.. always takes ages to load, can not book seats, & just goes around in circles without going anywhere.. if there is a problem with an input then it should detect it & tell me what the error or problem is (if there is one) instead of just going around & loading & then saying error...big shame
