Terribly Unreliable App. Orders assigned to restaurants which are far away from destination. Updates and estimated time gets longer every time. A simple 'fast food' order stays in 'Preparing' stage for almost 40 minutes. Order marked as delivered when it is nowhere near. Waited another 40 minutes after status was delivered for actual delivery. Completely unreliable as a food delivery app.

"Rewards" mechanism need to change. Ordered at one of the two kiosks, and then there was problem with the payment, cannot pay at counter also. So need to reorder at another kiosk. But promotion at rewards section is considered "used". End up having to pay almost double for the same food. Also, you can't order multiple promotions at the same order. Have to order two times to bypass the system. Just change it to permanent lah, the rewards😓

Very poorly designed and executed. The user is near constantly bombarded about accepting or rejecting cookies. The app should remember the user's selection - that's the point of cookies. Navigating back to the menu after viewing an item is a real pain. The app lets you order "McDelivery" but does not let you order for pickup. The user should be able to place an order for pickup at the restaurant of their choice, specify whether they want to pick up at the counter or the drive-thru, and pay.
