The Room clone, my playtime is 23 minutes. most of that is haphazardly clicking everything and reloading that something might be broken. nope, instead, the issue was simply that I'd try something, accidentally activate a different input, because they all overlap, and assumed that I couldn't use that thing in the way I intended. also, it's a demo, not a full game.

It's a great game with tons of lore I really enjoyed. The mechanics are so well put together and had me wanting more. My only issues with this game is how easy it is and replayability isn't exactly something the game does well. And a decent player who knows how to play can finish all 9 levels in roughly 10 or so minutes. Maybe 15 if they're being generous. I unfortunately also believe the sequel, Machina: Atlas, has similar issues. Which sucked as I absolutely loved both games and wanted more.

I originally played this years ago but it felt unfinished. But with the two newer chapters, I loved it! The story wrapped up nicely and I already bought part 2 on PC. There were a couple of tricky spots, so a hint system would be nice, but it's manageable. Controls are great - of course there is a bit of "move screen" action when trying to open something, but it's not a persistent issue. I would love to see more about this museum and storyline!
