Love alot of the items that are offered for backing, but navigating the actual Kickstarter system is an ABSOLUTE CONVOLUTED TEDIOUS NIGHTMARE!!! Wish this system was more intuitive and user friendly. I'm a 'Boomer' and not very 'tech-savvy'. The only reason I'm dealing with the frustrations of Kickstarter is because they have a product i really want that isn't available anywhere else!

Having a lot of issues with the app on my Samsung phone. A lot of links I click on social media adverts or even in emails from developers don't open the app, they open up my browser instead. Then, on the rare occasions clicking on links DOES open up the app, it often forwards me to the browser page for it anyway! 😫 The settings are correctly set to Kickstarter being the "default app" for opening supported links.

Overall, a poorly designed app. Several things that can't be done on the app force you to go to the website. But the most annoying issue that never gets fixed is if at any time you open another app or in any way put this app in the background, it reverts to the main page. You lose any comments that are in progress, anything being done to back a project, doesn't matter, the app won't stay on the page it was on.
