As of early 2026, this app is pretty ok. Not amazing but ok. As a classical musician, I chose this to support the classical artist. The app has reasonable variety of composers and artists. The sound quality's pretty good even if you're going for basic. However, what's lacking is easy user interface and options. No queue function? The search function is a bit tricky to nav. For an app that's 5+ years, the selections are still a bit scarce. Excited and hope this app will continue to develop.

IDAGIO is definitely the best app for classical music (at least of what I had used). It has first hand access of latest lbums and recordings from DECCA and Gramaphone, and also amazing playlists created by professionals, I mean, what more can I ask for? Only reason I rated it four star is because it of the subscription fee, which I have no issue against, but who doesn't like free stuff?

Even when you have a paid subscription, it tries to play the music IT WANTS to play, not what YOU WANT to play. You can get there but it's work. With Android Carplay it never continues what it was playing last time. After starting it does not offer the last piece played, it shows a menu of Moods. I click Recently Played, then I get a list and with another click it starts playing. But it starts at the beginning every time, not continuing where it left off.

Thanks for your feedback! You can turn off Autoplay Recommendations in the settings with the gear icon in the top right corner. Then, it will only play what you wants, and not what we think you might like, too. Do get in touch via help@idagio.com for any other issues or feature request. This release fixes an issue that led to the homepage being opened instead of an album page when an album was selected.
