edit: tech support was quick to respond and the issue is gone. Great little app! New update doesn't work. When I try to print, it says I need to download the new firmware but says download failed and now I can't use my printer at all. I have just sent an email to tech support and will update to 5 stars if this is fixed.

it doesn't connect. pretty useless. I threw the waste of space in the trash. it was cheap and garbage. get a better printer with a more reliable app. there are plenty out there

very good. connected well. printed smoothly, once I figured out the proper side of the paper 📃 to print on..lol. Overall an excellent piece of equipment.
