in the latest version of this app they have messed up the whole subscription. earlier I used to see the subscription with the newest video on the top in the left menu. now they have decided they will sort it out for me showin top creators only and I have two scroll down to find the channel I'm looking for just to watch their video. my iOS app at least get options to select by most relevant or new activity. this option is missing but the sorting was done nonetheless using defaults. fix this.

When I open the app without knowing there is no internet connection, I get a message saying "Can't connect right now". When I click open network settings and after connecting and clicking retry/dismiss, the app freezes and only turns into a gray/white screen. Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one facing this problem. And also to other people, the app freezes too when screensaver starts. Developers, fix this mess.

Sometimes, when I open the app and play a video, the sound doesn't play. This then persists for any video I play in the app. The only way to fix it is to go into the Chromecast's settings, force close YouTube, and open it again. It's ridiculous that after this many years you still haven't figured out something as simple as making sure the audio plays when you play a video!
