I tried to called customer service many times in different times but, never never get through it. I still have 12 days left to fly back home, and I want to cancel my flight. I have look over and over again look for the contact form, and found nothing...nothing at all. Only email and call in can do the cancellation but no email stated in the app. I was so helpless. The worse app in the world. No email, phone call always busy. The worst ever. Don't use this app ever, it like a scam to me.

Absolutely useless app. Was advised to download it when I was checking in for a flight online. I completed the check in through the app, but was advised that I wouldn't receive my boarding pass until 6 hours before my flight. When I checked for the pass prior to flying, the pass still hadn't arrived. I eventually went through the airlines website and sought assistance, and got checked in. This app is totally irrelevant. No airline should bother with it.

Booked group flights through MyTrip and got the best prices compared with other sites. The app is excellent and makes it easy to manage your booking. My e-tickets arrived later than expected, but everything was fine. Be careful with optional add-ons, as some services may already be included by your airline. The free eSIM was a great bonus. I didn't need customer support, so I can't comment on that. Overall, I'd happily use MyTrip again
