Love the choices, but the app is so bad and buggy. I have ordered from END multiple times, and everytime, it's an ordeal. It keeps loading to the top of the page so now I have to scroll down again to see where I'm at. Also, the filters do not work sometimes. Only thing that stops me from buying.

A nightmare to use. When scrolling through looking for an item it constantly takes you back to the top of the page, meaning you have to start allover. So frustrating, just give up half the time and shop elsewhere. Disappointing because they do have a great selection. Needs sorting ASAP

Using the app and website is incredibly frustrating. On my Google Pixel 9, the app seems to break after browsing numerous items. Going back after a while causes the entire page to refresh, losing where you were. The website frequently thinks I'm in a different location (I'm not using a VPN), and trying to access the sale page often gives me a "Forbidden" page. For a company selling luxury clothing, it really shouldn't be this difficult to simply browse and pay for something.
