I'm clueless on why the company chose this service. The app is supposed to make your life easier but even the website is as terrible as it comes. So you got the travel request approved and proceed to booking, the flight selection is a circus in itself and once you've done all that, you were supposed to review the price but hilariously nothing happened when i clicked on that. Offline booking still needed to be made hence I don't see the point of using this service 🥱🥱

For years, this app was fine. And then 1 day, it just wouldn't link credit card transactions to the receipt. I never saw them, but the expense report that was created was always ready to submit, however, without a credit card transaction coming over you don't know what you've got, so I reinstalled it and that fixed the problem happened again right away, reinstalled not fix the problem. So if you don't have the receipt linked to a credit card transaction.I can't submit my report.

concur is one of the worst systems ever, not intuitive, unrialible. this mobile app version is even worse. I tried to log in with corporate authentication, took me 10 mins to get to s message thst the version is discontinued. no update option, no close, had to kilk off the app, manually search for update. How is that a software at all?
