Magic Sort: Water Color Puzzle

Disappointing Bug on Level 228 - Completely StuckI am completely stuck on Level 228 due to a frustrating bug. The locked bottle with the bird and faucet will not open, even though all other bottles are fully sorted and locked. The remaining colors are trapped inside that locked bottle, making it impossible to clear the level. I have restarted the game 10 times, but the issue persists. Please fix this game glitch as soon as possible!!

Overall, I like this game. I haven't played any other water pouring or sorting games, so I can't compare it to others, but it's fun & relaxing. 3 stars b/c there aren't any instructions, or even a "key." I needed a refresher (which tool does what, etc) after taking a couple months off from this game - I looked everywhere, but no luck. It seems they're counting on you remembering everything - or taking notes!

Edit: I was going to improve my rating after it finally recognized I had bought the ad-free setting, but for the past month I've been stuck on level 439, which is either bugged or extremely unclear; the frozen beakers won't unfreeze even when everything else is sorted. I enjoyed this game a lot, so much I decided to pay for the ad-free version. Unfortunately, after I cleared the cache I'm getting ads again, and when I went to pay for it again I'm told I already have it. Really disappointing!
