First of all, takes forever to connect back to a game. While waiting for the system to connect you back to the game which most probably will fail anyway, you can't even do nothing other than waiting for your opponent to "finish" the game before you can continue searching for a new game. I have waited for like 19 whole minutes one time which is ridiculously stupid. If you fail to reconnect the game at least give an option to abandon the game instead of like waiting forever..

Old player here, been logging in the game almost everyday non stop to progess, but recently the disappointment of the game direction had forced to ignore HS completely. I still remember the time where I look forward on every major updates and get hook on it for days or even weeks (dispite some time the game can feel rig), but deep inside me, I can still find momment to enjoy the gameplay. But now, even after waiting for expansion full release, it means nothing. Games are meant to be enjoy.

Played this game for years, enjoyed the journey. However, the recent rework to the reward system and battle pass is just PURE DISSAPPOINTMENT. They LIED to us promising an improved reward system, and now you'll need to play like a madman to even get a fraction of what we used to get. Forget f2p, even if you preorder the bundles you will NOT even get half of the cards for each expansion. The game itself is fun and enjoyable, but with how greedy Blizzard is now, stay away from the game unless you have a ton of cash to burn.
