They supposed to be rated Zero Star!!! I ordered an item and almost waited for 12 days, then got a notification of Back Order. I did tried to make another purchase on COD, but was unable to, stating I have a pending order. So frustrating... In all the online shopping I have used, they are not like this. Other online shopping wouldn't allow you to purchase or order an item that is out of stock. You people need to improve!!!

I've dealt with many online stores before as im into RC racing and order every other week. but this has got to be the worst ever. they make you pay for an item. after payment they say its out of stock and will ship when it restocks(twice). Yet they can't say when. when you query about it all they say is you have to wait for your order or cancel it. are those even options. why not just say its out of stock from the beginning. a total waste of time. and they definitely won't be seeing me again.

Will not shop here any longer. I have often had issues with customer services. staff follow some prewritten narrative again and again. recently something I bought has broken within one month of normal use and they will not provide refund or replacement. I had to argue for one month and have gotten nowhere. I will not buy from banggood anymore after using for many years. I was sold something advertised as touchscreen when it was not and they will not refund.....
