after this most recent update (9/11/26) I can seemingly no longer connect to US cities. I have a lot of complaints about AVG services. They will tell you to try a trial period but not tell you when it's ending and then charge you the full amount. When I requested a refund, it was literal crickets. But anything you would want in a VPN and Anti-Virus besides the absolute basics are behind additional subscriptions and they will let you know, constantly. UPGRADE NOW TO ENSURE YOU'RE FULLY PROTECTED!

For US locations, check your internet without VPN, then try another server or VPN protocol and ensure no other VPN is active; if this continues, contact support.avg.com. Trials become paid on the last day unless cancelled; request refunds through Google Play or contact support.avg.com. *AVG

Multiple times daily the 'systems not secure' VPN comes up. The toggle switch doesn't work, then it works for a second, then jumps back off. It is super frustrating. I'm paying for an app that I have to monitor multiple times a day. Definitely not renewing. There's no #800, or way to get tech help without spending the whole day on it. Never had these issues before. If there's an AVG tech monitoring this contact me.

Hello, we note your concern about the VPN repeatedly disconnecting. On Android, set Settings > Apps > AVG Secure VPN > Battery to Unrestricted, and check dontkillmyapp.com. Try another server or Mimic in Settings > VPN Protocol. If this continues, contact support.avg.com for help. *AVG

$8.99 every month is OUTRAGEOUS!!! Especially when there are other options available for FREE (even without ads). Now it is easily done with ai to make your own VPN app customized to your specific needs & make available for everyone. We have used AVG antivirus for many years on many devices in the past & it worked well. It is so very unfortunate that so many, especially the most recognized companies, lost sight of the intent of the internet to provide FREE access to information & services...
