such a fun game, but occasionally the game crashes and isn't useable until there's an update.

The game itself is good and very interesting. However, I am extremely disappointed because I already made purchases, although not large amounts ($9.99 and $4.99), but the purchases were never connected/credited to my game account before the event/time expired, even though my credit card has already been charged. I have already contacted the game support team, but THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!!!!

This is a beautiful game. It's so relaxing and reviving to use for calming down when you are stressed. I love it.
