Overall a good game. Keeps my 7 year old busy. I read in a lot of other reviews that the app keeps crashing and glitching which is absolutely true and frustrating. It's the reason why I gave it only 3 stars. If you're lucky it works for a while and then suddenly it freezes up on you and takes forever to re-load. Speaking of which.. if you try going to another "area" it takes FOREVER to load. For a game you pay for this shouldn't be happening.

Hi Jessica - please check if you have the proper RAM (2GB) needed to support the app. If you do, troubleshoot by deleting/reinstalling the app. Please contact us at adventureacademy.com/customer-support/ if you continue to have any problems.

CAREFUL! THEY MIGHT STEAL YOUR MONEY! The game itself is fine. My problem, and it's a BIG problem, is with their billing issues. We cancelled our account and they CONTINUED to charge us every month. We opened a support ticket asking them to stop, and they said it was cancelled and we will not be charged anymore. I check my account six months later, and they have STILL been charging us! I opened another ticket and they are claiming they can't find any active accounts for ANY email address I give them. They keep taking my money, even now, and say there's nothing they can do about it.

I can't even really rate the game because it takes forever to load. It's constantly freezing, or locking my kids into an activity they want to leave. We have a time limit on screens, so in 30 minutes they spend probably 15-20 waiting or stuck. They hate this game because it's a waste of their time. I'm glad you offer a free trial because I would be livid if I paid for this. And yes, all of our devices meet specs for this app. It's not a troubleshooting issue, it's poor design.
