With this App, you always have Caixa at your fingertips, 24 hours a day. You can access your accounts, both at Caixa and other banks, make or schedule payments, transfers and much more.
• Pay in-store with your mobile phone, using a QR Code, NFC or Google Pay
• Perform actions using voice commands with the Digital Assistant supported by Artificial Intelligence
• Add current accounts you have with other Banks and get an overview of your balances and transactions

Your app is not very intuitive. It's missing an option to use previous payments and repeat them. Instead I need to every time add IBAN to the repeated monthly transactions. I can't find to save it to favourites either or create a list of contacts where I could easily make those payments. It freezes when doing login in and also I added finger print authentication that never appears an option ever since.

The previous app was way better in every way The new one is slower and full of bugs. I dont need the main screen to show the last movements if it makes it that slow. Most of the times, I make a payment or a transfer and it's not shown until the next day. Payments should block the button after I click it, otherwise it says that a similar payment already exists. Im trying to make a payment from my favorites for the last 15 minutes and says that there are no accounts available. And the list goes on

Good banking app which works mostly as expected. Certain processes like changing your phone number is harder than it should be, but for every day it's pretty solid. I hope they can expand on the features in the future and rework some of the internal processes to make them possible only in the app such as changing the associated phone number.
