It does work but, my goodness, is it inconsistent. At least once a day it just won't display my podcasts and / or will queue downloads but won't actually download them. When this happens, there's also no consistent solution - I've tried closing and re-opening the app, checking for updates and resetting my phone but nothing works. It does eventually work again if I wait long enough, but it's infuriating when trying to quickly download an episode you know is available.

I've used this app for years and have liked it a lot, but lately it's been glitching more and more. It marked unplayed a bunch of episodes from my most heavy rotation podcasts, so I have no idea which episodes I've already heard. More seriously, it recently stopped being able to find the episode notes from most of my podcasts older than a couple months, making them unsearchable as well as not displaying the notes. Hope these issues are resolved.

(Android 15) app is extremely unresponsive, episodes from various podcasts take ages to load, while other apps load content in the blink of an eye. The search function for finding podcasts is also garbage. Half the time it will show only episodes and not podcasts, even when doing a search like "serial", where I know there is a podcast of that name.

What’s new
Playback was crashing on some Huawei and HiSilicon devices running Android 9 and older. The app now checks what a device can actually handle before it starts, instead of finding out the hard way.
Skip forward and skip back intents now accept a custom number of seconds. Skip 10, skip 45, skip an entire tangent in one heroic tap.
