Updated review: after leaving a public comment, the company finally contacted me. I find it annoying that the reply here is to send an email ( I did, several times). They refunded 1 week, but still kept the rest. It's fine, at least they stopped the recurring withdrawals. I still wouldn't recommend this app, based on their customer"service".

The idea behind this app is interesting, but I was disappointed that there's no free trial after questioner. You have to pay to see your results, but you haven't check the app yet. The pricing is tricky though. I clicked on the option to unlock advanced palette and was charged. This was unexpected! I liked the idea of shopping inside the app, but the selection of the avail shops are limited and it's not suited well for the European market The customer support works well tho

most of us would like it if they'd also add to the preference of the user, example, if he/she would like a style to choose like emo, minimalist, norm-core, hiphop, cool, business, and other unorthodox combinations, We would probably pay attention to your app; Also add general stores like the amazon-type. I also encountered a problem with the app, like before I logged in to my account, I purchased the Body+Color pack then when I wanted to link the payment to my account, it was gone.
