There are far too many ads, and almost all of them are for games. More importantly, many of them have no clear button to close or skip the ads and enter the app. Users are forced to randomly tap different buttons and just hope that one of them will finally close the ad so they can access the app. Opening an app should not feel like trying to escape from a puzzle game. If users have to struggle just to get past the advertisements and reach the actual app, then something is seriously wrong.

It's a nightmare connecting it to or pairing it with the phone. Unlike other smart watches like Samsung which are straightforward and very user friendly, it's painful just concluding the set up with countless adds taking priority!
