easily the worst crypto wallet I have ever used and I've used a lot of them! For starters half the time when trying to open the app it will glitch out and go crazy or just wont load. When or if you do get it to load for whatever reason it not only displays wildly large numbers that you know are not accurate, but also those numbers are coming from scam tokens that most wallets hide from you as even interacting with coins like that can be dangerous! Get it together!

they changed my screen to dark mode and there is no option to change it back. I contacted support, and they give me instructions that were for the previous base app. It's like they don't even know the app was changed. I sent the customer service person 5 different screenshots, but it wasn't enough; she still wanted more screenshots. It's like she wanted to drive me crazy from screenshots.

Hi Wiliam! To turn off dark mode, open the Coinbase app and head to Settings > Display > Appearance, then select Light (or Device Settings to match your phone's system settings).

it ate my money like a claw machine. I saw it leave my bank, it was in the base app long enough to make a purchase. then when I logged back in it was never to be seen again. app shows no transactions or activity. there is no such thing as customer service. this is a total scam.
