2 months later. 2 Tickets pulled. Still non-functional. Basically non-functional since the data breach. Clearly engineers are busy with other stuff and totally neglecting their responsibilities here. Discussion forums no longer work properly, the 2FA system is super glitchy and is forcing log in with every page change, and the app is not sending push notifications. Support doesn't care.

I have been using this app for several years as a supplement to grading on the go when not near a computer. Unfortunately, after the updates performed last year, I am no longer able to scroll through my list of students within the grading window and have to back out every time. Sometimes, the app doesn't score the assessed rubric and has longer than anticipated loading delays. Overall, these bugs need to be fixed as there are a lot of options for grading now that are dumbing down the basics.

Overall, Canvas is a great LMS tool. However, improvements can be made in the automatic uploading of files linked from my computer and the ability to enhance the looks of the page by adding columns and other tools that will help to create a page with the appearance of a web page. I'm also irritated by the fact that some of my students can't change their displayed Names from the Canvas signed numbers for one reason or another
